999 Retail offers both digital products (eBooks, audiobooks, digital art, and other downloadable media) and physical products (apparel and merchandise). Because these differ in nature, our refund terms differ for each. Please read the section that applies to your purchase.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed. All sales of digital products are final.

We offer refunds on digital products only when:

To request a refund on a digital product, email info@999retail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it.

Physical Products (Apparel & Merchandise)

To start a return, email info@999retail.com with your order number and reason. We'll send return instructions. Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? The fastest way is to return your original (per the terms above) and place a new order.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds return to your original payment method (Square, Stripe, PayPal, or the method used at checkout). Timing to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.
